Cyberloafing, Workplace Incivility and Employee Productivity: An Empirical Study in Rural Municipalities of Kaski District

In today’s digitalized workplace, workplace incivility and cyberloafing have become major concerns for many corporate government organizations all over the world. The objective of this study was to determine effects rudeness on workers. took a quantitative approach, administered set survey questionnaire, collected response from 135 employees three rural municipalities in Kaski district. Different descriptive inferential statistical analysis tools were applied draw conclusion. Results showed that cyber loafing employee productivity had weak significant positive relationship (0.320) whereas work negative co-relationship (-0.304). Similarly, regression result reveled low magnitude impact (0.443 -0.445 coefficient respectively) productivity.
